The Body of Benchers has ratified the appointment of Aminu Gadanya, Esq., as a member of the Body following a formal decision taken at its meeting of 22 May 2025.
The ratification was communicated through an official appointment letter dated 23 May 2025 and signed by the Secretary of the Body of Benchers. The letter confirms that the appointment takes immediate effect and is for a fixed term of three years.
The communication indicates that the appointment was concluded through the Body’s internal governance process and that no further approvals, confirmations, or conditions are required.
Mr. Gadanya is a legal practitioner and a former chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Kano Branch. The appointment letter formally notified him of the ratification and commencement of his tenure as a member of the Body of Benchers.
